Payment Terms

Intellectual Property
All intellectual property created by Rubedo Foods during the project—such as reports, strategies, formulas, frameworks, and product concepts—remains the property of Rubedo Foods until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables specifically created for the client transfers to the client.
Rubedo Foods retains the right to use anonymized case studies, general insights, and non-confidential aspects of the project for educational or marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Confidentiality
Rubedo Foods respects the confidentiality of all client information. We will not disclose, share, or reproduce any proprietary data, product formulations, or business details provided by the client except:

Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the consulting agreement with written notice if:
